College Planning
At ISAA, college planning begins long before a student submits an application. Our goal is to help student-athletes prepare academically, athletically, and personally for success at the collegiate level.
Whether a student plans to compete in college soccer, pursue a traditional college pathway, or explore other opportunities after graduation, ISAA provides guidance and support throughout the process.
Academic Planning
Students receive guidance designed to help them remain on track for graduation while preparing for college admission requirements. Academic planning focuses on:
Course selection
Graduation requirements
College readiness
Academic goal setting
Long-term educational planning
NCAA Eligibility Guidance
As an NCAA-approved high school, ISAA helps student-athletes understand and navigate NCAA eligibility requirements. Students receive support related to:
NCAA-approved coursework
Academic eligibility requirements
Core course planning
NCAA Eligibility Center registration
Long-term eligibility monitoring
ISAA works to help student-athletes keep future collegiate opportunities available while maintaining strong academic standing.
College Search Support
Finding the right college is about more than soccer. ISAA encourages students to identify institutions that are a strong fit academically, athletically, financially, and personally.
Students receive guidance as they explore:
College majors and academic programs
Campus environments
Admissions requirements
Financial aid opportunities
Athletic opportunities
Recruiting Guidance
ISAA assists student-athletes throughout the recruiting process by helping them understand how college recruiting works and how to present themselves professionally to college programs.
Areas of support may include:
Highlight video development
Athletic resumes
Communication with college coaches
Recruiting timelines
Exposure opportunities
Goal setting and evaluation
Scholarship Opportunities
Athletic scholarships are competitive and can never be guaranteed. However, ISAA works to help student-athletes maximize their opportunities through academic preparation, soccer development, recruiting guidance, and exposure opportunities. NCAA schools may also offer academic aid and other forms of financial assistance.
Individualized Support
Every student-athlete has different goals. Some aspire to compete at the NCAA Division I level. Others may pursue NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA, junior college, or non-athletic college pathways.
ISAA believes college planning should be individualized. Our approach is designed to help each student identify opportunities that align with their academic achievements, athletic ability, and long-term goals.
Preparing for Life After High School
College planning is ultimately about preparing students for the next chapter of their lives. Through academics, soccer development, leadership experiences, and individualized guidance, ISAA helps students build a foundation for future success both on and off the field.
