Ethan Hunt Director of Soccer

Oversees the vision and development of the ISAA soccer program, guiding player development, recruitment, college placement, and the integration of elite soccer training with academic success.

Julio de la Cruz Head Coach & Director of Player Development

Coach J leads the day-to-day development of ISAA student-athletes, overseeing training sessions, match preparation, and individual player growth. His focus is creating a competitive environment that helps players reach the next level both on and off the field. — photo coming soon —

Tim Marcinko Associate Head Coach & Recruitment Coordinator

Coach Tim works closely with players throughout their development journey while helping connect student-athletes with college and professional opportunities. He plays a key role in supporting player progression and building pathways beyond ISAA. — photo coming soon —

Sebastian Galindo Director of Performance Analytics & Athletic Development

Sebastian oversees athletic development through strength training, conditioning, performance tracking, and data analysis. As ISAA’s 2024 Valedictorian and a two-year varsity starter, he brings a unique student-athlete perspective while helping players maximize their physical performance and long-term development.

Neil Bakshi Director of Soccer Operations

Neil oversees the operational side of the soccer program, coordinating schedules, match logistics, athletic trainer communication, and day-to-day team needs. His work helps ensure players and coaches can focus on performance while the program runs smoothly behind the scenes.
