Living Options

ISAA offers multiple living arrangements designed to provide students and families with flexibility while maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

GrandView Flats and Townhomes

ISAA recommends GrandView Flats and Townhomes as a preferred housing option for many student-athletes and families.

Located in the Mishawaka and Granger area, GrandView provides modern housing accommodations in close proximity to ISAA’s academic and training environments. Several ISAA students and families have chosen GrandView as their housing solution, and Director Ethan Hunt also maintains a residence within the community.

GrandView offers students a unique combination of independence, convenience, and community. Students living at GrandView are within walking distance of grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and other everyday amenities. The community is also home to several popular local destinations, creating an environment where students can safely access many daily necessities without requiring transportation.

Students may live with other ISAA students in a structured residential setting designed to encourage independence, responsibility, academic success, and personal growth.

Families selecting this option must understand that students may reside with fellow students and/or independently while receiving regular supervision, support, and check-ins from approved ISAA staff members.

As ISAA continues to grow, GrandView has become a popular choice among ISAA students and families due to its location, quality housing, and proximity to shopping, dining, and community resources.

Host Families

Host family placements may be available for select students.

Host family opportunities are not guaranteed and are dependent upon availability, family compatibility, and other factors. ISAA works to identify supportive host family environments when appropriate opportunities exist.

Future Residential Opportunities

As ISAA continues to grow, additional residential opportunities are being explored to better serve student-athletes and families. While dedicated residential programming is currently under development, no launch date has been announced.
