ISAA is a fully accredited high school recognized by the Indiana Department of Education, allowing students to earn an accredited diploma while pursuing elite soccer development.
Administration
Ethan Hunt Founder, CEO
Holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Johan Cruyff Institute. Founded ISAA to create a pathway combining elite soccer development with accredited academics.
Krista Griffey Executive Director, Principal
Oversees academic operations, accreditation compliance, and day-to-day school administration at ISAA.
Sandra Ponce de Leon Senior Vice President, Vice Principal
Supports academic advising, student development, and school operations while also serving as ISAA’s Spanish Instructor.

Neil Bakshi Mathematics & Social Studies Instructor
Holds a B.S. in Education from Indiana University South Bend and brings experience teaching history, government, economics, geography, and mathematics.
Janet Farias English Instructor
English Instructor. Holds degrees in Counseling and Education from Indiana University. Founder of JEMA Academics with more than 30 years of experience in academic advising, college preparation, and student success.
Sebastian Galindo Science Instructor, Fitness Instructor
ISAA Class of 2024 Valedictorian (4.64 GPA) and two-year varsity soccer starter. Teaches science and athletic performance courses while mentoring current student-athletes. Currently pursuing studies in Business, Finance, and Mechanical Engineering at Indiana University South Bend.
